Getting started

Open app.onvanto.com, sign in with your work email and the code we send, and create your company. Add instruments one by one or import a CSV file with the columns serial, name, team and interval_days. Then add jobs and plan the lab trips.

Who may approve and release

Only members with the qualified grant can approve a replacement or release a returned instrument. An owner gives that grant on the team page, also to themselves. Running the account alone never includes it.

When something goes wrong

If you see that someone else changed the planning at the same time, refresh and decide again. Nothing is saved over a newer version. If a code does not arrive, check your spam folder and request a new one after a minute.

Your data

Export the planning from the planning page. An owner can delete the company under settings, and every person can delete their own account under account. The privacy statement explains what we store.
