1 The service

Onvanto is provided by Oomny B.V., Amsterdam (KvK 88737365). It helps plan jobs and lab shipments so the instruments a job needs are available. This website informs; it is not an offer.

2 Price

During early access nothing is charged. Paid plans will be announced on this website and in the portal before any charge applies, and nothing is charged without your explicit order.

3 Your responsibility

Only create a company or invite colleagues if you are allowed to act for that company. Keep sign-in codes to yourself.

An authorised person in your company remains responsible for suitability, calibration intervals and the release of instruments. Onvanto checks planning and recorded document identity; it does not certify instruments or give a compliance guarantee.

4 Your data

What your company enters remains your company's. You can export the planning and delete the company at any time. The privacy policy explains what we store.

5 Availability and liability

We aim for a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Keep your own export of important records. We may suspend access in case of misuse or a security risk, and tell the company in writing why.

Our liability is limited to the extent the law allows; it does not exclude liability for intent or gross negligence.

6 Law and contact

Dutch law applies; disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam. We announce changes to these terms in the portal. Questions: support@oomny.eu (written support only).
